ADM Studio has been appointed to design an internal mezzanine floor extension, which will include a third bedroom and a new hallway by opening up the existing second bedroom. This mezzanine floor will effectively utilise previously unused space, adding valuable square footage to the home.
The internal layouts of the proposed bedrooms have been meticulously planned to ensure adequate space in both rooms, featuring large glazing for enhanced ventilation and maximizing natural daylight.
The design for the new bedroom includes a corner window overlooking the staircase and providing a view of the ground floor, adding a distinctive element to the dwelling’s architecture.
