ADM Studio has been appointed to undertake the demolition of the existing structure to pave the way for the development of six new flats, complete with secure parking at the front and private amenity space at the rear.
The current building is a two-storey residential property featuring rendered finishes at the front and brickwork at the rear. The existing rear garden includes both a garden area and a section of wasteland, offering potential for structural extension.
The proposed design extends the building to the first-floor level, creating additional space for the new flats while preserving key architectural elements such as the brickwork finish and gable roof design. Secure parking for six vehicles has been incorporated at the front of the property within the site boundary, along with the construction of a new boundary wall.
