ADM Studio has been appointed to design a single-story extension encompassing the rear, side, and front of a detached house, alongside a garage conversion and internal modifications.
The planned extension will expand the property towards the rear, extending along the side, and will encompass a significant portion of the garden, which will be reimagined to feature a new patio with modernised paving.
The extension will introduce new roofing at both the ground and first-floor levels, and will include an open-plan kitchen and living area, thoughtfully designed to incorporate dining and reading spaces with direct access to the garden. Roof lights will be installed to flood the interior with natural light, enhancing the overall ambiance.
