Proposed Garage Conversion, Loft Conversion and Internal Alterations

ADM Studio has been appointed to transform a two-storey home, converting the garage and loft into beautifully reimagined spaces while making thoughtful internal alterations.
The existing garage door at the front of the house will be replaced with two slim, stylish casement windows, flooding the new utility and pantry room with natural light and fresh air. This room, once a garage, will now provide versatile space tailored to the client needs.
The loft conversion will introduce a dormer at the rear, complete with a Juliet balcony that will enhance the new bedroom with light and an open feel. An obscure window will offer privacy in the en-suite, while a new roof light will brighten the bedroom, ensuring both daylight and ventilation.
The kitchen is set to be completely modernised, with a sleek redesign that includes the addition of a contemporary WC and elegant bi-fold doors leading to the dining area. A central island will anchor the kitchen, surrounded by countertops and sufficient storage, creating a space that is both functional and stylish. The propose dwelling will undergo a transformation, embracing a modern aesthetic that balances comfort with sophistication.
