ADM Studio has been appointed with transforming an empty site into a stunning new residential home.
Envisioned as a warm and inviting sanctuary, this development features two elegant gables—gracing both the front and rear-each featuring a balcony on the first floor, lending a modern touch to the architecture. These gables are seamlessly connected by a sleek flat roof, creating an expansive and airy interior.
At the rear, the design shines with four sets of bi-fold doors on the ground floor, opening from each of the internal rooms, including a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining area, living room, and a luxurious indoor swimming pool. These doors invite the beauty of the outdoors in, leading out to a meticulously landscaped garden.
The front of the dwelling is equally impressive, featuring a generous driveway and a garage, framed by the external façade of grey and brown brickwork complemented by dark grey wooden cladding. This thoughtfully chosen palette ensures the home blends seamlessly with its surroundings, creating a timeless aesthetic that feels both contemporary and connected to nature.
