ADM Studio has been appointed to undertake a Change of Use project, converting a single dwelling into two separate residences, along with related site works.

The existing property is semi-detached, with no side elevation openings, and features a brick façade adjoining the neighbouring building. The proposed design will transform the property into a three-story structure, creating symmetry between the two new dwellings while preserving key architectural elements of the original building.

The new design includes additional window openings and a new pitched roof at the front and rear. The roof will align with the existing architectural style of the building and neighbouring properties, while being scaled to suit the functional needs of the second-floor spaces.
