Proposed New Build Apartments with Associated Site Works

ADM Studio has been appointed to design new build apartments complex with associated site works on an existing non – conservation area site that has been vacant for years.
The existing site is located on a residential street in a well – established residential area which incorporates local amenities, public services, and schools, therefore, new developments requested by the client would benefit the visual quality of the area and enhance the street scene.
The proposed development will consist of 13 flats, with a total of 13x private and secure car park spaces provided in front of the apartments. The proposed site will incorporate a combination of soft and hard landscaping elements to define the urban space including grass, vegetation and paving slabs. The external material of the apartments will consist of brickwork and UPVC cladding, aimed at seamlessly blending in with the surrounding area and architectural style.
