ADM Studio has been appointed to design a proposed rear two storey extension, side two storey extension, loft conversion, boundary treatments, new side double garage and internal alteration for an existing residential dwelling.
The existing dwelling is a gable house design with materials consisting of render, stone and complemented by brick finishes. The rear elevation, which presently includes a conservatory, will be transformed into a modern extension featuring two sets of bi-fold doors and roof lights, allowing for an abundance of natural light.
The front elevation will be enhanced with an extended porch, designed with a gable end and vaulted ceiling to create a brighter and more inviting space. The original stone and brick finishes will be meticulously preserved across all elevations to maintain the architectural integrity and character of the dwelling.
