ADM Studio has been appointed to design a proposed erection of a part single, part two storey and rear extension and internal alterations.
The side extension has been seamlessly integrated into the design to establish an elegant entryway, providing access to the residence. This extension extends towards the rear of the property, evolving into a rear addition that enhances the dining and living areas.
The rear extension is equipped with a five-pane bi-fold door, offering a fluid transition to the garden, and is further complemented by a roof light designed to maximise natural daylight within the space. Moreover, the extension ascends to form a sophisticated two-story addition, which accommodates a bedroom featuring a balcony, thereby cultivating a contemporary and refined atmosphere.
