Proposed Double Storey Porch Extension, Rear Ground Floor Orangery Extension, Internal Alterations and Boundary Treatments

ADM has been appointed to design a double storey porch extension, rear ground floor orangery extension, internal alterations and boundary treatments for the existing residential dwelling. The current dwelling features a gable porch on the front façade, with rendered finishes covering the exterior.
The existing windows are in poor condition and are proposed to be replaced, the new design will incorporate UPVC casement windows with a wood-effect finish to harmonize with the traditional architectural style of the dwelling.
The proposed elevations features a double – storey porch extension, complete with a new entrance door. At the rear, a ground floor orangery extension is planned, adorned with a bi-fold door for seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The orangery’s roof is designed as a hipped, tiled structure, enhanced by two roof lights to invite ample natural light into the space. The exterior will be finished in render, thoughtfully matched to the existing building’s aesthetic to ensure a cohesive appearance.
