Proposed Rear Two Storey Extension, Side Two Storey Extension, Loft Conversion and Internal Alterations

ADM Studio has been appointed to design a a two-story side and rear extension, including a loft conversion and internal alterations, for an existing detached two-story residential dwelling.
The existing house featured a combination of brickwork and render finishes, with a hipped roof and tiled roofing. The spacious rear garden, covered in grass and vegetation, offers adequate room for expansion.
The proposed ground-floor rear extension includes two sets of bi-fold doors, opening into an open-plan kitchen with a bar area, allowing abundant natural light to brighten the interior spaces. The first-floor extension accommodates two bedrooms, with one featuring an attached dressing room, enhanced by newly installed windows.
The loft conversion introduces a large bedroom with an ensuite and dressing area, creating a modern ambiance, complemented by a dormer window.
The redesigned façade centralizes the entrance door under a gable roof, retaining existing windows, and adding a new first-floor window and a garage door. Updated finishes include ground-floor brickwork and white render at the first-floor level, extending to the rear.
A redesigned driveway and garden landscape create a modern, inviting presence that sets the home apart in the neighbourhood.
