Demolition of Existing Property for the Proposed New Family Dwelling

ADM Studio has been appointed to demolish an uninhabitable three-storey property and construct a new, inviting, and cosy dwelling. The existing home features a half-oval driveway and grassy areas at the front and rear, with two prominent gables and multiple dormers and roof lights. The new development will retain the character of the original building while introducing modern enhancements.
The new three-storey home will include six ensuite bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, living spaces, and entertainment rooms. The redesigned half-oval driveway will offer additional parking space, complemented by new vegetation and paved areas. Key architectural features, such as the centralised gable with a large window, will be preserved and enhanced with stone headers and sills, maintaining the essence of the original structure.
This high-specification project aims to harmonise with the surrounding area while giving each home its unique character and individuality. ADM Studio’s thoughtful design ensures the new dwelling will be both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
