ADM Studio has been appointed to design a proposed side extension, porch, re – design of the ground floor with internal alteration for an existing dwelling. The current dwelling is wrapped in a serene green render, with earthy brown tiles and featuring dormer windows on both the front and rear.

The ground floor is transformed to perfectly suit the client’s vision, incorporating a new master bedroom, a cosy living room, and a pantry. The kitchen have been relocated and upgraded with sleek countertops and a modern island system. The conservatory is reimagined as a spacious dining room, seamlessly connected to the kitchen by removing the existing doors, creating a harmonious flow throughout the space.

At the front of the home, a new porch is introduced, perfectly aligned with the main entrance. This porch will feature a mono-pitched roof canopy supported by brickwork piers, creating a striking and welcoming focal point. The external finishes consist of bright white render and complemented by light brown roof tiles, lending the home a contemporary yet timeless appeal.
